The purpose of the MSD of Ponte Vedra Beach is to provide municipal services to the public and maintain certain infrastructure within the District. The elected seven member Board of Trustees are the stewards of the MSD and manage the financial resources to provide and supplement County services including, but not limited to police protection, waste collection, recycling, utilities, public safety, recreation, beach access maintenance and enhancements, and miscellaneous landscaping/beautification projects.
