6:00 Check-In;  Appetizers and Drinks; Raffle Game in the Lobby Ballroom

6:30: Ballroom Doors Open for Seating

7:00: Buffet Open

8:00 - 10:30: Dancing 

NEW THIS YEAR:

1) You must check in and receive your place card in order to reserve your chosen seat. You will not be allowed to check in other guests or reserve seats except with place cards.

2) Get to know your neighbors by participating in our icebreaker game during the cocktail hour.  Your completed icebreaker card will serve as your raffle ticket and could be drawn for an exciting prize during dinner.
