Subject: Zoning and Appearance Ordinance Reminder

The Ponte Vedra Community Association Directory contains a summary of the Zoning Ordinance and Appearance Regulations as they pertain to the community. A complete copy of the County Ordinance can be found at the Ponte Vedra Public Library. The PVCA asks the citizens help in maintaining the beauty and appearance of our community by adhering to these regulations. They include such matters as location and size of signs in the neighborhood (both commercial and private), fences, vehicles parked in driveways other than operable cars, and trash and lawn debris. Lawn and trash left for long periods at the road has been a common complaint among the members.
